Nigerian singer, Bella Shmurda has reacted to a tweet from Lagos State University (LASU) begging him to return to school and earn his degree.
The Dangbana Republik singer took to Twitter, tagging LASU, to respond: He wrote:
“4 years in LASU is really nothing.
“Better get tha money! The economy is starving.”
Lagos State University had through her official Twitter handle @lasuofficial celebrated Bella’s birthday after he shared the success of his career journey so far since he wrote his last papers in the school(Read more here).
His response was a part of the lyrics to his breakout song “Vision 2020” featuring Olamide.
